The Wine: The wine has delicate flavours of fresh apricots and peach blossoms from the Viognier. The Roussanne lends a more mellow herbal tea aroma and the Greanche blanc gives the wine a more integrated structure and Citrus notes.
Food Pairing: Sushi, Oysters, light fish dishes or very light Thai curries.

In the Vineyard: At our winery, we have an uncompromising commitment to the grapes which we harvest by hand. Our knowledge acquired over the years in the wine cellar, combined with the experience of nature, vines and wine production, are the building blocks of our quality standards and ensure that our wines are top notch.
In the cellar: The Viognier, Rousanne and Grenache blanc grapes were harvested and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12°C. The wine was not aged or oaked and the blending took place before sterile filtration and cold stabilising which all took place just before bottling.
