Perold Wine Cellar has the UK’s largest selection of South African wines and runs some of the best-reviewed wine tastings events in and around Somerset.
Each tasting is personally tailored to you and your guests, and run by one of our experienced wine hosts. We take the stress out of hosting the event by providing all the wines, glassware, tasting notes and spittoons, so you can sit back, relax and fully enjoy the party.
If you fancy something extra, we can pair cheese, chocolate, charcuterie and more with each wine, to make the tasting even more indulgent.
We can travel to you and host the wine tasting in the comfort of your own home or if you’d prefer, we can find a venue near by. Either way, we guarantee you’ll have a night to remember!

We’ll give you a fun introduction to wine tasting to start the event off, and deliver lots of helpful hints and tips on everything from buying wine and finding value to how and why pairings work.

We work in close partnership with our cheese suppliers and can arrange a seasonal wine & cheese tasting events featuring some of our award winning wines.
