Delivery

FREE Next Day delivery applies to orders placed before 11:59am Mondays to Thursdays. Buy 6 or more wines and to the value of £79.00 to qualify for  free delivery. Mainland UK only. All our deliveries charged at the flat-rate of £13.75 for UK mainland customers, all other customers please our dedicated delivery page for more information. We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom but look to do so in the future. We can arrange delivery outside the UK on special request. 

Next Day delivery service is available to UK mainland customers only, for orders placed before 11:59am Mondays to Thursdays. Standard delivery takes 2-5 days, depending on where you live.

Standard delivery will take place 8am – 7pm, Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Our main UK courier is DHL but we can arrange any other courier you wish, at your expense.

Next Day delivery is available to UK mainland customers only. Deliveries will take place between 8am and 6pm, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Buy 6 or more wines and over the value of £79 to get FREE delivery. (standard delivery only). 

Customers may like to leave instructions for our couriers to leave their parcel in a safe place. This is the best way to ensure you get your order on time. Please leave these details on the order form when you checkout.

In the event you don’t receive your delivery on time, please contact us so that we can investigate it for you and refund you the delivery cost.

Free local delivery

Free delivery within 5 miles from BA3 4LJ for local orders over £45.00 and is offered at the company’s discretion.
