A charming dining experience set in the quint Mendip village Cafe. The rustic setting creates the canvas for the cooking of local Chef, Adam.
His culinary skills started as a pot wash in one of our local pubs, quickly turning his hand to the cook’s world before he discovered his passion for fine dining. Working as a chef at the renowned Bath Priory, part of the Andrew Brownsword Hotel group where not just his head Chef but others in the group recognising Adam as a great young talent.
Come & join us for an evening of fine dining & wine paring, a start of our own Super Club. Adam will showcase his culinary skills in fine dining enticing us with a 6-course taster menu whist South African wine specialist & great grandchild of the Father of Pinotage grape variety pair fine wines from South Africa. You might even hear a few wine stories through the evening whist enjoying your taster menu.

As we want to keep the evening even more special, we don’t want to share Adam’s special menu created with locally sourced and even some foraging thrown in for good measure. For the wines, we’ll let Gerhard have his say on the night, but we know you are in for a treat. Here is a rundown of the taster Menu.

You are welcome to arrive from 6:30pm for welcoming drink for dinner to start at 7pm
